Terms and Conditions

General Terms

Everything you need to know about travelling with Saca Bus Lines to make your journey more enjoyable. You must travel with a valid ticket. Behave in a reasonable, sensible and lawful manner on a coach and at any station. Comply with any request from a member of staff concerning the availability of certain seats reserved for disabled passengers or children.

Get in and get off the coach

It's mandatory getting in from anterior entrance and getting off from the central doors, and only in correspondence with the authorized bus stops, located on routes' way and highlighted by dedicated timetables. You cannot get in or get off out the bus stop or when the vehicle is moving. With the exception of mandatory bus stops, identified for urban and suburban services by specific signage, every bus stopping are by request of customer, who has to request a stop by pushing the dedicated button on board, or raising the arm at the bus stop. Large groups (like school classes) must advise SETA 24 hours earlier, so we can adapt our service on needed route.

Tickets

You can buy the ticket on the coatch. For online booking you need to print the booking confirmation and show it to driver to board. You can only travel with a valid ticket.

Booking Change

With the exception of FICO's Lines - adjustable up to 36 hours - you can change your booking up to 1,5 hours before the departure time. There's no upcharge for booking modifications.

Booking Cancel

You can cancel a booking (on your personal profile, choosing the option "View your orders") 1 hour and 30 minutes before the departure time. In case of credit card payment you'll receive a credit on your booking's personal profile, that you have to spend by three months or the service term (for seasonal lines only). In case of Paypal payment the amount spent will be automatically refunded to the customer.

Child Travel

Depending on lines you can get special fares for childrens. You may be required to produce evidence of age at the time of purchase or at any point of your journey. Failure to do so could result in them being required to pay the full fare for the journey on that day..

Animals Travel

We welcome for free trained assistance dogs on all our coaches (i.e. Guide dogs for the Blind). We also welcome small size animals with regulare ticket. Pets should stay in specific animal transport bag or chase.

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed to take one luggage (placed in the external container) and a personal travel bag (placed above the seat). If you need to carry additional luggage, you should pay an upcharge on ticket price of 1,50€ per extra luggage.

Passengers Behaviour

Use mobile phones considerately. You shall not be abusive or threatening to any staff or any other person. You shall not behave in a manner which causes discomfort, inconvenience, damage or injury to other persons. You have to stay on your seat while the coatch is on the move. Saca is not responsable for any injuries occurred if the passengers doesn't follow the above terms. It's strictly prohibited to smoke, take more than one seat, obstruct any aisle or exit, dirty or tamper coatch parts. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse travel, either on a one-off or permanent basis, to anyone deemed to be a nuisance or danger to our passengers or employees.

Lost and Found

The lost and found servie is open on work day (from Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 18:00. We will keep lost and found goods for 3 months. If you find any property of any other person on any coach or at any station, you must hand it over to us immediately. If you find any property on any coach you shall hand it over to the coach driver where possible. In order to get back your lost luggage you should show an identity card.
